Common questions
You asked, we .
Who can request an assessment?
Anyone with NDIS funding for nursing or capacity-building supports. You, a family member, support coordinator, plan manager, or GP can register on your behalf with consent.
How is the assessment funded?
Continence assessments are usually funded under Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living. If you're unsure what's available in your plan, we'll talk it through before booking.
How long until I receive the report?
Most NDIS-formatted reports are delivered within 5–10 business days of the assessment, and we'll tell you the expected date on the day of your visit.
Do you service regional and remote areas?
Yes. We deliver in-home visits across many regions and offer telehealth assessments where an in-person visit isn't practical.
